Ancient Futurism reimagines the classical amphora as a vessel for our fractured times. Built from stacked, repurposed domestic objects and covered in shards, paint, and collage, each form is a mosaic of histories and cultures. Guided by the Shattered Vase Theory, the work reflects cycles of destruction and reconstruction—personal and national—as democratic ideals crack under authoritarian strain. These imagined relics hold the memory of patriotism, the evidence of collapse, and the fragile possibility of renewal.
